Veisse was born in Berlin from a simple frustration.

While living in a city known for its freedom, creativity, and diversity, we
struggled to find eyewear that truly reflected that spirit. Most frames felt standard and repetitive

We kept asking ourselves:

How can a city as creative as Berlin offer so little eyewear that actually represents it's people?

So we decided to create our own.

Veisse was founded to represent every Berliner  their freedom, their diversity, and their
individuality. We design eyewear for people who don’t want to look like
everyone else, but still care about quality, comfort, and how something feels when they wear it.

Our glasses are created with care and intention, combining expressive design
with high-quality materials. Each frame is made to feel personal  something that shapes not only your face, but
your personality.

At Veisse, eyewear is more than an accessory.

Return

VEISSE Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your VEISSE eyewear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.

Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.


How to Return

  1. support@veisse.de with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us within the return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges


At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
